Job Description For Channel Sales: 1.To achieve sales targets as required by the company for the area allotted in the Dealers / Sub-dealers segments. 2.To promote our Tap ware & amp amp Sanitary ware in the assigned region. 3.To build up and develop close relationship existing dealers / sub-dealers. 4.To appoint new dealers / sub-dealers in the unrepresented market. 5.To ensure secondary sales generation to support existing / new dealers / sub-dealers. 6.To estimate segment wise, size wise market share analysis of assigned region and report the same. 7.To maintain a detailed database of dealers and sub-dealers. 8.To ensure proper marketing activities such as Meets, Site & amp amp Promotional Branding. 9.To report competitor' s activities in allotted area and suggest counter measures. For Project sales: 1.Must enjoy good contacts with Architects, Builders, Promoters and Interior Designers. 2.Experience in project sales in premium segment. 3.Promote our products with Architect, Interior Designer, Builder, and Contractor through regular visits. 4.To canvass for product approvals & amp amp registrations with builders / contractors / architects / departments etc. 5.To help achieve sales target aligned with respective product line. 6.To formulate sales project status report on monthly basis based on specification done. 7.To implement new marketing strategies introduced by the management from time to time. 8.Track new infrastructure developments in respective territory and develop a database to aid the achievement of sales targets.
