Job Description:Job Title: Lead - HR (Shared Services) Location: Mohali, Chandigarh, India About us: We are a leading global agribusiness and food company operating in over 40 countries with approximately 35,000 employees. We have implemented a Shared Services Center in Mohali, India to support Global Operations in areas of Finance Accounting, Trade Operations, Treasury and IT Support and other back office support Services. Key responsibilities: Provides first level support to HRBP in end to end HR Service, including operational/generalist HR matters& nbsp Provides robust support to the business with accurate and timely data inputting and management, reflecting Joining, Transfers, Exit, all payroll related changes, Provides the HRBP, and wider HR management team with proactive and reliable administrative and advisory support, as required, to ensure all necessary paperwork and approvals i.e. Manpower Approval Forms, Interview assessment sheets are approved and in place for all employees Providing first line support and guide employees and line managers Managing all HR queries within agreed SLAs effectively Can multi-task and have good internal stakeholder management Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices Ensures HR policies are clearly understood and adhered to support the business to drive cost efficiencies Ensures all payroll processes are executed accurately and timely review the statutory compliances Ensure timely issuance of various letters within stipulated timelines including Probation Confirmation, Transfer, Offer, Appointment, Bonus Pay out, Experience and relieving Ensure all new starters onboarding is in place, including allocation of buddy, IT equipment, desk space, induction plan, as well coordinating and conducting Company induction for new starters Maintain up-to date knowledge of employment law, HR policies and practices across various regions and where to obtain further sources of support and correspondingly update the business on regular changes in US, Europe and Asia region and local legislations Conduct exit interviews including providing feedback and solutions to HRBP to advice on approaches to reduce turnover Timely create and publish interactive dashboards and share with the HRBPs
