Job Description:Technology / Process : IT Infrastructure Minimum Education Expected : Graduate Total Work Experience Expected : 10 Years Expected Shift of Operations : Noon Shift Relevant Work Experience : 5 Years Notice Period : Immediate to 15 days. - Experience of 10 + years in Transitions & amp amp Service Deliver Manager. - Should have strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure. - Should have performed the role of Transition Manager in a transition of a complex application portfolio from multi geo to India. - Experience as a Service Delivery manager for a complex portfolio in Managed Services engagement delivery model, - Experience in Service delivery of applications portfolio with legacy and distributed technologies. - Actively participated in responding to proposals (RFI and RFP) - Involve building Transition and steady state approach for AMS proposals - Strong Incident, Problem, Change and release management knowledge - Should have performed transition planning and portfolio analysis for medium to large application portfolios - Should be well versed with ITIL framework Key Responsibilities & amp amp Accountabilities : Lead the IT Infrastructure and Support team and provide single point ownership for the service delivery in the area of Infrastructure Delivery Management for areas given below. - Server Support & amp amp Administration, - I/T Security Administration, - Storage Management - Database Administration - Production Control - Console Operations / Computer Operations - Manage all operations related to IT infrastructure and Helpdesk ensuring that the Company' s infrastructure and its services are up and running meeting predefined SLA. - Provide technical leadership, create and manage IT budgets to align with IT strategic plan and roadmap. - Responsible for people management of Technical Engineers, Managers and Senior Managers with specific reference to managing the growth and development of the Helpdesk and Infrastructure team. - Prioritize and implement projects, assemble project team and manage resource allocation - Responsible for running an ITIL compliant operation and enforcing security and compliance requirements. - Manage demand from users on IT services, supervise the delivery and perform capacity planning to meet business growth. - Manage change initiatives in a systematical manner to ensure availability, performance and reliability of the systems impacted by change - Participate in vendor contract negotiations for all new IT equipment and software purchased for the corporation. - Ensure effective management of IT assets and achievement of full lifecycle value. - Foster working relationship with Account Managers from key IT Service Providers and plan infrastructure transformation. - Escalate to Executive Management any new request that is not part of standard catalogue of services Experience Requirement : - Bachelor degree with minimum 12 years experience of which at least 3 years should be as Delivery Manager for Infrastructure Management Services of a medium or large sized organization. - Excellent IT technical skills on server, storage, network, security, voice, cloud services, server virtualization and business continuity and disaster recovery - ITIL, 6Sigma certifications desired Knowledge on : Server : AD/DHCP/DNS, file/print, database, web, messaging, infrastructure application, business applications, remote access, virtualized. Storage : DAS, NAS, SAN Network : LAN/WAN/WIFI, VPN Security : firewall, antivirus, IPS/IDS Voice : PABX - Servers (IBM/DELL platform). - Cloud services (infrastructure as a service, platform as a service). - Server virtualization (VMware, HyperV). - Business continuity and disaster recovery - Relationship between application design, data, and infrastructure environment. Soft Skills : - Excellent written and oral communication skills. - Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills - Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language. - Superior analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to motivate in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
