Job Description:Role Responsibilities General Accounting Very good knowledge in General Tax Accounting Petty Cash Handling Bills Verification Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements Accounting of Freight and transportation bills Accounting disburse payments for employees travel reimbursement Accounting, analysis and follow-up of Accounts Receivables Preparation of regular and periodic reports on outstanding AR/AP Ensuring Monthly Reconciliation and closing of accounts Analysis of actual monthly business performance versus budgets Preparation of other MIS Reports such as Cash Flow Statements, Sales and Inventory Analysis Reports. Timely Books Closure. Payroll Processing. Tax Accounting To ensure and manage all statutory compliance Efficiently. Very good knowledge about TDS-E filing GST Good Exposure in ESI, PF, PT filings Payments Fixed asset register maintenance Good Exposure in VAT, GST, Service tax Statutory matters. Basic knowledge about ROC Management Accounting Monthly Reports preparation reporting Monthly Debtors Creditors Reporting Monthly Expenses Reporting Monthly Actual Expenses Vs Budget Tracking. Monthly Inventory Closure Weekly team performances reporting Monthly Statutory Payment filings reporting Payroll Processing Co-ordination with other Teams Vendors To work closely with executives to procure and analyze accounting data To interact with project, support and sales team for invoicing accounting and obtaining Inventory data. Maintaining healthy relationships direct interactions with Suppliers Vendors.
